The 2020-2021 NHL season is upon us as the Philadelphia Flyers take to the ice for Day 1 of training camp.
Due to covid, last season’s training camp was closed to the public. This season, however, fans are back.
If you plan on attending Flyers training camp, here is what you need to know…
1- No vaccination card is needed to attend training camp.
2- Masks must be worn at all times when inside the Flyers Training Center.
Now, onto the players.
Flyers training camp will run just like every other year. Three groups of Flyers will skate every day. With groups A & B flipping each day. Group C will be on the ice every morning at 8:30am.
Today, Group A is on the ice first at 10:00am & Group B will be on the ice at 1:00pm.
Tomorrow, Group B is first on the ice at 10:00am & Group A will be on the ice at 1:00pm.
Saturday, Group A is first on the ice at 10:00am & Group B will be on the ice at 1:00pm.
Sunday, Group A & B will be on the ice at 10:00am & a scrimmage will follow at 11:00am.
Monday, Group A & B will be on the ice at 10:30am & a scrimmage will follow at 11:30am.
From the list provided, the Flyers two groups are split evenly. Two veteran lines in each & two rookie lines in each.
