In the 3rd period, Ottawa would take the lead with 6:17 left. Artem Zub’s point shot would make it through about 5-players in-front & past Martin Jones.

Oskar Lindblom Returning To Form

When Mike Yeo was named interim head coach, one of his first moves was moving Oskar Lindblom back into Flyers top-six. A move that has jump-started Lindblom’s season.

In his first 21-games, Lindblom had just 1-assist on the season. An assist that came all the way back in game two.

Since his promotion, Lindblom has 2-goals & 1-assist in 5-games.

In his best game of the season so far, Lindblom had a goal & an assist in 17:21 of ice-time.

Point Streak Now At 5-Games

The Flyers had just 11-points (4-6-3) in the month of November. A month that saw the Flyers fall well out of playoff contention.

As a result of the bad month of November, the Flyers made a coaching change early in December. A change that now has the Flyers playing much better hockey.

After starting 0-2-0 under Mike Yeo, the Flyers have points in their last 5-games. A turn-around that has the Flyers matching their total of wins from the whole month of November.

In their last 5-games, the Flyers are 4-0-1 after their 4-3 win vs the Ottawa Senators tonight.
