Just when you thought the injuries were over with, the Philadelphia Flyers suffered yet another blow. This time to Scott Laughton.

Laughton left Thursday’s game vs the Florida Panthers after an awkward landing into the boards after a hit by Petteri Lindbohm.

During the 3rd period, GM Chuck Fletcher released a statement updating Scott Laughton’s condition.
“Scott Laughton is out with a head injury and will not return to tonight’s Flyers-Panthers game at FLA Live Arena in Florida.”
With Laughton out, presumably for the foreseeable future, the Flyers recalled Morgan Frost from the Phantoms. Frost is expected to take Laughton’s place in the lineup tomorrow vs the Carolina Hurricanes.
In 30 games with the Flyers this season, Frost has 2 goals & 5 assists.
To make room for Frost, the Flyers loaned Max Willman back to the Phantoms.
