The one thing the Flyers continue to look for is consistency. Something that doesn’t come easy with this group. Who continue to have one good game & then one bad game.
“You got to be able to show up. You got to find a way,” forward Claude Giroux said. “Even if you don’t have it, you keep it simple and do the best to help the team win.”
When the Flyers try too hard to correct that consistency, the losses add up. Currently, the Flyers are on a 4-game losing streak. Which is their 6th multiple loss losing streak & their longest of the season.
After being embarrassed last Wednesday, the Flyers were embarrassed again by the Rangers on Thursday. But, Sam Morin set the tone for the rematch with a fight with 1:58 left in the 3rd. The Flyers look to show some fight & end a 4-game losing streak today.
“The most important thing is everybody has to look themselves in the mirror and just do their job,” forward Claude Giroux said. “It’s very frustrating the way it’s going for us right now. We just got to keep battling here.”
