The Philadelphia Flyers make the quick trip to Columbus. Look to end a three game losing streak tonight against the Blue Jackets.

Tyson Foerster, who has found his game over the past 10-games, continues to have “hiccups” as John Tortorella put it after Sunday’s loss to the Utah Hockey Club.

While Foerster does have 6 points – 4 goals and 2 assists – over his last 11 games, Tortorella was very critical of his play on Sunday. Including a sequence where Tyson turned it over in the neutral zone, then took a delay of game penalty on which Utah scored the game winner.

In the 3rd period, however, Tortorella did show some confidence in him. Moving him up to the top line alongside Sean Couturier and Travis Konecny. A move that he said he is just trying to get him going consistently.

Tonight, Foerster will rejoin Noah Cates and Bobby Brink on the 3rd line.

Samuel Ersson will make his 13th start of the season. On the season, Ersson is 5-3-2 with 2.83 GAA & .897%.
