From Brampton Steelheads of the OHL, Martone finished 37 G & 61 A in 57-games.

Martone is a new style power forward. Modeling his game after Matthew Tkachuk and Corey Perry.

While he is physical when he wants to be, he is more known as a playmaker.

He jumped onto the scene lately by being selected to the 2025 Canada World Championship team. A big accomplish for a draft eligible prospect.

The 6’3″ 209lbs winger finished as the #3 ranked prospect according to Bob Mckenzie.

“Martone brings a physical, offensive game that’s been compared to Ottawa Senators captain Brady Tkachuk, but also the maturity to be Brampton’s captain as an 18-year-old. His decision-making with the puck, ability to use his body to hold off defenders and high hockey IQ stand out, and he’s worked hard to improve his skating.” – Adam Kimelman , NHL.com

Martone’s game reminds a lot of scouts of Brady Tkachuk. Big, high energy motor forward

Will see how quick Martone gets to the NHL. But, at 6’3″ 209lbs, his frame is already NHL ready.

The Flyers have  9 picks remaining in the 2025 draft, including two more picks tonight at #22 & #31.
