With the 87th overall pick, the Flyers selected goalie Yegor Zavragin.
From the Mamonty Yugry of the MHL, Zavragin finished with a 11-6-1 record with 2.49 GAA & .920% in 21-game. Zavragin was the second goalie the Flyers picked in the 2023 NHL draft.
The 6’2″ 183lbs goalie finished as the #134 ranked prospect according to McKeen’s Hockey.

With the 95th overall pick, the Flyers selected center Denver Barkey.
From the London Knights, Barkey finished with 22 G & 37 A in 61-games in the OHL
The 5’9″ 154lbs center is a crafty, 200 foot center finished as the #69 ranked prospect according to Bob McKenzie.
Barkey is teammates with Flyers 1st round pick Oliver Bonk and says he models his game after Brayden Point.

With the 103rd overall pick, the Flyers selected forward Cole Knuble. The son of former Flyer Mike Knuble.
From the Fargo Force, Knuble finished with 30 G & 36 A in 57-games in the USHL.
The 5’11” 185lbs forward finished as the #87th ranked prospect according to Smaht Scouting.
Knuble will play for Notre Dame in the NCAA team next season.

With the 120th overall pick, the Flyers selected forward Alex Ciernik.
From Sodertalje SK, Ciernik finished with 12 G & 21 A in 43-games split between J20 Nationell & HockeyAllsvenskan.
The 5’10” 179lbs forward finished as the #75th ranked prospect according to Bob McKenzie.
Ciernik character and personality was on full display when meeting the media. Very likable and a funny guy.

With the 135th overall pick, the Flyers selected defenseman Carter Sotheran.
From the Portland Winterhawks, Sotheran finished with 4 G & 19 A in 68-games in the WHL.
The 6’3″ 203lbs right shot defenseman finished as the #72nd ranked prospect according to Mckeen Hockey.
Sotheran is a transition ace and continues the Flyers new defense mold of big, right shot defenseman.

With the 172nd overall pick, the Flyers selected center Ryan MacPherson.
From the Leamington Flyers, MacPherson finished with 25 G & 36 A in 49-games in the GOJHL.
The 6’0″ 176lbs center was not ranked on anyone’s board. Which could certainly mean this was a scouts pick. Someone that one of the Flyers scouts really liked.
MacPherson will head to Penticton Vees of BCHL next year before heading to New Hampshire in NCAA in 2024.

With the 199th overall pick, the Flyers selected defenseman Matteo Mann.
From the Chicoutimi Sagueneens, Mann finished with 0 G & 5 A in 45-games in the QMJHL.
The 6’7″ 232lbs right shot defenseman finished as the #79th ranked prospect according to The Hockey News.
Mann was a projected 3rd-4th round pick due to his size. But, fell to the Flyers in the 7th round at 199th overall.
