The Philadelphia Flyers return home to start a weekend back to back. Early 1:00pm start today as the Flyers host the Minnesota Wild looking to end a six game losing streak.

After getting behind 4-0 in Washington on Wednesday, the Flyers finally started to play their style of hockey. Something that led to a comeback attempt that came up one goal short.

While the Flyers didn’t get the win or even just a point, it was a sign of hope that the Flyers are turning a corner.

Today, will be a big test to that hope. Especially against a Wild team that has yet to lose in regulation and his only given up more than two goals once so far this season.

Samuel Ersson will make his 5th start of the season. On the season, Ersson is 1-2-1 with 3.22 GAA & .866%.
